But in this program, you've got to be a able to pull up your big-person pants, and put in the work, on your own as well as in class. 
It's a New Year, So Let's Kick It In High Gear!
You'll receive an easy to follow, NO EQUIPMENT needed workout plan that YOU will need to do, on your own, 5 days a week in ADDITION to the 1 in-class, butt kicking workout done at the club. 
We'll Motivate You When You're In Class...
The goal of the weekly class, is to push you HARD. Classes are 1 hour each, and will be some of the toughest you'll go through. You won't need your kickboxing gloves in this program, as we'll be incorporating a ton of drills, using a wide array of gear, to keep your workouts fresh, while maximizing results. 
But You Need To Be Self-Motivated For The Rest!
During this 8 week program, you'll be exercising 6 days a week, with 1 rest day. Now, don't get scared, not every workout is high-intensity, most of the at home ones are very doable, by each and every one of you, but often it's not the workout that's hard... it's actually doing it.
